Indulgence (TV Talk)

After a long, tiring day at work I have a relaxing evening planned.
A long hot bath, the latest copy of Cosmopolitan mag (Leighton Meester is on the cover!) and then catching up on English TV.
I have some English friends, and they are always complaining about how rubbish English TV is. They live for American TV. Well, my favourite three shows are American; Gossip Girl, Desperate Housewives & 90210. BUT, you can't beat the following English shows; Hollyoaks, Waterloo Road, Hotel Babylon, The Fixer and Skins. I am a complete sucker for them!
Hollyoaks is an on-going soap, so usually I watch the omnibus at the weekends. Hotel Babylon and The Fixer and Skins are between seasons at the moment. Usually I watch them all in one go, once the series has finished. I hate waiting a whole week after a good cliff-hanger of an episode!
Tonight Waterloo Road is on the agenda. It is set in a school. Although it is pretty far-fetched, I love it!
My husband is English, and he rolls his eyes at me!
I don't always have time to watch all the shows. Some weeks I work seven days. But then I can have several weeks off. So it always works out in the end.
Admittedly hell and high water won't stop be watching my top 3!
I do have other interests besides TV, such as shopping! But tonight my indulgence is TV!
